What if the HIVE Insights report is not updated?

Hive Insights reports are processed on demand.  You may need to re-process the reports by clicking the Reprocess button:

If the Hive Insights reports are processed before the end of the video event, they may contain incomplete data.  Clicking the Reprocess button will sync the updated information and re-generate the reports.
