I receive an sdnInitFailure or INVALID_CUSTOMER error when I verify HIVE for Microsoft Stream setup

If you attempt to verify setup for HIVE for Microsoft Stream, you may receive the error:

sdnInitFailure - {"errCode:":"C_INVALID_CUSTOMER"...}

It is likely the steps to enable HIVE for Microsoft Stream have not been completed:

  1. Please insure you have activated your HIVE license for Microsoft Stream
  2. Review the steps to enable HIVE for Microsoft Stream

If these steps have been completed, it is possible the Stream tenant ID previously activated does not match the Stream tenant you are currently configuring.

Please contact HIVE Support.  Provide the Invalid customer identifier shown in the error message above.
