Portions of the Hive Knowledge Base, including policies, requirements and some basic troubleshooting instructions are available without additional login.

To access more advanced customer content, including product guides and detailed explanations of Hive Insights and other applications, you will need to log in.  Your login can also be used to access trouble tickets you have opened (or that you are carbon copied on).

Obtaining Access to Advanced Customer Content

From the Hive Knowledge Base landing page, click “Your profile and settings” at the bottom left.



Next, click "Sign up for an account".

Next, provide your full name and @companyname.com email and select a password (please provide your company sponsored employee e-mail address, advance permission requests for generic e-mails such as @gmail.com or @outlook.com are denied). 

Hive's service desk will give the proper access to your new user. You will receive an e-mail in approximately 1-2 business days when user permissions are ready for your user to access the login-protected sections of the Hive Streaming Knowledge Base.
