How to Purchase Hive Streaming solutions in AppSource
Sign into your Azure AD profile to purchase Hive Streaming solutions offered in Microsoft AppSource.
1. Navigate to the Hive Streaming offer listing you intend to purchase, listed below:
2. Click on the blue Get it now button.
3. Verify the Plan highlighted reflects the selection for your Subscription. If not, click on the Change plan option.
4. Select the appropriate Plan, per the Plan name and description. Once selected, click on Select.
5. Verify the Plan selected in the Checkout page is correct per the name and description. If not, repeat the previous 2 steps until the appropriate Plan is displayed.
6. Click on the Place order button to proceed with the intended Plan selection.
7. The subscription will take a few seconds to load. Once the subscription is loaded, the Activate now button will become blue. Click on the button after it turns blue.
NOTE: Alternatively, you may receive an email from Microsoft prompting you to configure your subscription. If you are unable to configure your subscription at time of purchase, follow the prompts as instructed in the email.
8. You might be prompted to sign into your Microsoft account again before arriving at the HIVE Landing Page.
9. Accept the agreement from Hive Streaming to confirm your subscription information.
10. Click on Agree & Confirm to proceed with the activation of your subscription.
11. You will next receive an email from no-reply@hivestreaming.com with the Microsoft 365 License Key to enable your Hive Streaming solution for Teams and Stream.
