Hive Support will contact customers who are approaching their views count limit and prompt them either to purchase additional views or allow for Hive to suspend its services once the view count threshold that has been purchased has been met.
The views count limit will include the buffered count which includes the budget security add-on. For example, a plan of 40,000 views with budget security will ultimately have 60,000 views, or 150% of the purchased amount.
