What information will HIVE Support need to troubleshoot my Enterprise Live event?
In order to troubleshoot your Enterprise Live event, Hive Streaming Support will need the unique VideoId for the event.
Follow these steps to obtain the Enterprise Live VideoId:
Click on the Enterprise Live event Post in the feed
Examine the Url in the browser
The VideoId is the final component of the Url
Copy the VideoId into the clipboard
