Enterprise Live with HIVE WebRTC only
- If you do not presently have a contract with Hive Streaming, please contact your Workplace team - including your SA or CSM
- Alternatively, you may engage Workplace support via the Direct Support Question button.
Enterprise Live with the HIVE Agent
- If you have upgraded to a paid service plan from Hive Streaming, please submit a Support Request.
- NOTE: HIVE Support will need the VideoId of the event to troubleshoot.
