How do I cancel a subscription?

Currently, Hive Streaming subscriptions purchased in the Microsoft commercial marketplace can only be cancelled through the Microsoft Azure Portal or the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Navigate to your organization’s Azure subscription dashboard to locate your Hive Streaming Subscription to cancel.

ONLY users with the account owner role have permission to cancel their company’s Hive Streaming subscription. Contact Microsoft for help identifying your organization’s account owner.
