Understanding View-Based Licensing (VBL)
A View Based License (VBL) is activated when a Hive enabled video is viewed beginning with the first second. The video session can be paused for up to 30 minutes, after which a new VBL will be activated. If the user switches devices while viewing a video, a new VBL is activated.
