Hive Streaming offers two methods of video distribution, installable Agent and browser-based WebRTC. Customers may seek a standalone HIVE WebRTC-based service or the complete pipeline (HIVE Agent + HIVE WebRTC).

Partners are paid for each registered opportunity that results in a sale. Referral partners are paid a commission after Hive is paid by the customer. Resellers and Distributors purchase HIVE technology at a discount, adding margin when they resell to a customer.
Add pricing for Add-on products such as VI, adhoc silent testing, white glove services.video session can be paused for up to 30 minutes, after which a new VBL will be activated. If the user switches devices while viewing a video, a new VBL is activated.
Customers purchase a yearly bucket of VBLs. As VBLs are activated, they will be deducted from the bucket. If a bucket is fully used, an automatic overage charge will be applicable and additional VBLs will be priced at 150% of the contracted price. Customers who have fully used their buckets have the right to re-enter a new 12-month contract.
The minimum contract Service Term commitment is 12 months, and Hive Streaming bills for its services on an annual basis with payment due at the beginning of each annual period.
